Exposing the wizards behind PromptCloud
Team PromptCloud would be incomplete without the unique talents and a helpful nature that Sagar Sanghvi is gifted with. His calm personality and ready to help attitude sure compliments his job as the assistant manager of sales. He actually has a theory about onions making people aggressive and avoids them like the plague so that he doesn’t lose his calm. He loves football and food alike. Need something clarified about football? Ask Sagar, he has everything about the game crawled and indexed in his head being the big time football enthusiast he is. When you can’t find him in the football field, he’s probably in some restaurant trying out different cuisines. We had a brief chat with Sagar to find out more and here is what he had to say.
Q. Tell us something about yourself
A. I hail from the city of dreams – Mumbai. I did my bachelors in Information Technology from SFIT. I am a die-hard Manchester United fan and live with the dream of visiting Old Trafford once in my life. I love listening to music and my playlist is mostly filled with Arijit Singh songs. Almost forgot! I am a foodie. Most people eat to live, but I live to eat. You can say food is my first love. My visit to a new place is never complete without food. And lots of it! 😀
Q. What is the one quote that you live by and why?
A. “ Help people, even when you know they can’t help you back. “
Most people are too caught up with their own lives these days to see the problems of others or help them. They only think about what they would get in return if they help someone. But, I would say what matters is your intention and it would do wonders even if you show that you want to help. It makes you feel better and eventually, your good karma builds up. 🙂
Q. What is your average weekend like?
A. I’m a die hard football lover, so mostly you will find me on turf early in the morning and at night, I would be watching EPL and LA Liga matches. Being a foodie, I always try to explore new restaurants and cuisines which also gives me a chance to catch up with old friends. I like watching comedy TV shows like Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma and The Kapil Sharma Show, so will be viewing the latest episodes as well. So, for me weekend is all about fun and freshening up.
Q. If you were given the choice of having one superpower, what would you pick and why?
A. I would love to have the superpower of “Greenseer” like Bran Stark from Game of Thrones. Wondering why? The magical abilities to control the nature and the prophetic visions will allow me to perceive the future, past or distant events in the dreams. I can try and make the world a better place with that power which is something I always wanted to do. By the way, can I have one more superpower? 😛
Q. What is the most exciting thing about your role at PromptCloud?
A. I handle outbound sales at PromptCloud. So, for me not even a single day would be similar since each client has a different set of requirements. The most exciting part is the chance to work with people from so many different countries and solving the difficulties they’re facing.
Q. Any advice to aspiring sales enthusiasts?
A. When it comes to Sales, it’s always better to sell something you love yourself. When you have a confidence in your product, the targets and numbers will be achieved automatically. I would say your biggest competitors are your customers. If you don’t listen to them carefully, they will listen to others.
