Manager – Inside Sales


-Handling marketing qualified leads from various inbound (or outbound) channels, and taking them through the sales funnel till conversion by responding promptly with solutions and doing the necessary follow ups

-Take complete ownership of CRM for your prospects/leads/clients

-Launching various inside sales campaigns and assisting marketing team in research activities using lead data points

-Perform various account management activities including smooth onboarding of clients into PromptCloud’s internal tools and ensuring smooth data delivery from time to time

-Interact with the technical teams in order to assist project setup and maintenance in terms of assigning tasks, conveying requirements, and performing functional QA

Retargeting of leads and launching various client-nurturing and referral campaigns including up-sell and cross sell

Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in person, via telephone calls and over emails (Inside sales) in order to improve client stickiness

-Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales and collection plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met

Desired Skills and Experience

-Should be an MBA with a tech background.

-2- 4 years of empathetic software sales/ business development experience

-An analytical thinker and a problem solver with the ability to understand customer’s industry and core business processes, identify the problems they are facing and suggest the right solutions

-A Techno functional who can map Technology to Business Processes

-Understand PromptCloud’s technology well enough

-Should have hands on experience with any CRM tool

-Excellent written skills and ability to communicate well with clients from various geographies

-Target focused individual contributor
